For Latitude's clients — and Latitude itself

The orders that don't flow through EDI shouldn't be hand-keyed.

Latitude Automate is an AI order-ingestion agent that reads messy non-EDI wholesale orders and data-entry documents — email, PDF, scanned fax, Excel — and writes clean, validated records straight into the ERP. The repetitive seat becomes a managed service Latitude bills monthly.

From Latitude's own live job board

Latitude is paying recruiters to keep a chair filled doing exactly this.

Accounting Specialist · Rockville, MD: “Enter non-EDI wholesale orders” — orders that arrive by email, PDF, fax and phone and must be hand-keyed into the ERP because they never flow through EDI.

Plus multiple on-site Data Entry Clerk, Data Entry Specialist & Customer Service roles in Homestead, FL — core task: “accurately inputting, updating and maintaining data across company systems.” Source: Latitude's Lever board (314 live reqs).

How Latitude Automate works

Watch the inbox, read the order, write it clean

It sits on a shared inbox, fax line, or EDI gateway. Every non-EDI order or data-entry document that lands gets read, normalized, validated against the client's catalog and pricing, and posted to the ERP — with only the genuine exceptions sent to a human.

1. Watch & ingest

Monitors a shared inbox, fax-to-email line, or EDI gateway. Picks up email, PDF, scanned fax and Excel — no portal for the customer to learn.

2. OCR + LLM extract

OCR lifts text off scans; an LLM extraction layer pulls SKUs, quantities, customer accounts, PO numbers and ship-to — even from free-text scrawl.

3. Normalize & validate

Maps loose item names to real SKUs, checks them against the client's catalog and pricing, and confidence-scores every line.

4. Post or flag

Clean orders write straight into QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP or the client ERP. Only low-confidence lines hit the human review queue.

A manual clerk vs. Latitude Automate

A before-and-after dashboard the client sees on day one — orders per hour, error rate, and cost per order against a $40–55k clerk. Illustrative ranges shown; calibrated to the client's real volume during pilot.

Two ways to deploy

A new revenue line — and a wedge to prove it on yourselves

Latitude doesn't have to take this on faith. Resell it to clients as a managed service, and run the same engine on Latitude's own intake first.

Primary · resell to clients

Latitude Automate, billed monthly

A managed automation Latitude offers its staffing & government clients.

  • Turns the Rockville “enter non-EDI wholesale orders” job and the Homestead Data Entry Clerk roles into a service — not a seat to keep re-staffing.
  • Writes straight into QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP or the client's ERP — no rip-and-replace.
  • Confidence-scored human-in-the-loop review queue + full audit log keep a person on every exception.
  • Comes with a before/after ROI dashboard the client sees on day one.
Recurring revenue Latitude bills the automation, not the headcount.
Fast wedge · prove it internally

Run it on Latitude's own intake

Experience the product on your own data before reselling it.

  • An AI parser reads each new req on the 314 live Lever postings + inbound resumes.
  • Auto-extracts skills, location, clearance and salary from each description.
  • Dedupes near-identical postings — e.g. the repeated “Accounting Specialist — Rockville” and doubled “Administrative Support Specialist” rows.
  • Routes candidates to the right req — so Latitude feels the engine on its own board first.
Low-risk start Prove it on internal data, then resell with receipts.
Fits Latitude's book

Document-heavy work runs across every vertical you staff

Order entry and data keying aren't one client's problem — they sit inside the recruiting verticals Latitude already places into. Automate the document work; keep placing the people who manage it.
