It sits on a shared inbox, fax line, or EDI gateway. Every non-EDI order or data-entry document that lands gets read, normalized, validated against the client's catalog and pricing, and posted to the ERP — with only the genuine exceptions sent to a human.
2. OCR + LLM extract
OCR lifts text off scans; an LLM extraction layer pulls SKUs, quantities, customer accounts, PO numbers and ship-to — even from free-text scrawl.
3. Normalize & validate
Maps loose item names to real SKUs, checks them against the client's catalog and pricing, and confidence-scores every line.
4. Post or flag
Clean orders write straight into QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP or the client ERP. Only low-confidence lines hit the human review queue.
